On Friday as soon as the kids got home from school Matt took off with Paige and Mitchell to go backpacking. They hiked in 2.6 miles to a little lake up by Pinecrest. They spent the night and came back home Saturday.
They had a great time cooking their meals, rock climbing, and just being together. I am glad Matt was able to take them and spend some quality time.
Matt said they were both great hikers and did a great job.
