Well we (Matt) made a lot of progress today. We let the kids have some fun and let them tear down a whole wall with just the three of them. They went to town and did a great job! It drove Matt crazy cause they made a mess but they had fun!Today we tore out the two walls, and the whole ceiling. (It had a false lowered ceiling that we ripped out.) We also got all the upper cabinets down. Then we got the new sheetrock up.
Here is a photo before we started, one during the process, and a current one where we left off. We have a lot left to go but we are so excited to get started on the whole project!

WOW mandy it looks wonderful. It really opens up everything. I bet you are so exicted.
Looks like fun--I bet your kids absolutely LOVED being allowed to do that. My boys would be in heaven with that kind of project.
